A teenager attacked by TV star Ashley Blake plans to use the injury compensation payout he received to get plastic surgery, it has been revealed.
Greg Jones, who needed ten stitches after he was attacked by former Watchdog presenter Blake, will use the cash to pay for medical treatment to remove the scar on his lip, the Birmingham Mail reports.
He is also considering suing Blake for damages after he receives the money from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme.
The 18-year-old told the paper: "I have no idea yet how much it will be. I would like to see if I can get my scar reduced."
"I really want to try and sort out the problem with my jaw. It still hurts and I have to go back to see doctors."
It follows reports that a special needs teacher in Inverness has won her fight for injury compensation after she was attacked by a pupil.
