What did Hayward Baker do to help?

Gary Lee one of our specialist personal injury claims handlers took on the case on a No Win No Fee basis. Gary ran the claim via the Low Value Personal Injury Claims Insurers Portal where he stated the claim to our client’s employers insurers.

The claim was acknowledged by the insurers and liability was admitted for the accident at the same time. What that mean’t was that as long as a medical report shows that our client’s injuries were as a result of the accident the insurers will pay our client compensation.

Gary sent off for copies of our client’s medical records and on receipt arranged for our client to be examined by a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon who after examining our client would formulate a report upon his injuries. Gary reviewed the report upon receipt and noted that the expert did state in his report that the injuries were as a result of the accident and a course of physiotherapy was recommended to aid our client’s recovery.

Gary added to our client’s out of pocket expenses schedule that he had lost two days pay as he could not attend work for two days due to his injury and also  travelling expenses incurred to and from medical appointments.
