Whilst she waqs walking down one of the food aisles and slipped and fell due to a large water puddle on the floor and suffered injury to her left hand buttock, cracked left lower ribs, acute back pain, bruised/sprained knee and sprained left ankle . There were no wet warning signs and the puddle was so large the Mrs W’s clothing and shoes were made soaking wet.
