Pillion passenger sues for injuries sustained after being thrown off motorbike

Broken bones motorbike accidentA lady pillion passenger on a motorbike is warded compensation in a road traffic accident.

Accident Circumstances:  Our client was riding pillion on the back of the defendants motorcycle and while travelling along Upper Raby Road in Cheshire the defendant braked hard  unnecessarily and without any warning.  As a result the defendant lost control of the motorbike which then came off the road causing our client to fall from the bike and onto the ground.

Client’s Injuries:  Fracture of right foot and exacerbation injury to right ankle.
