Tracy is a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Tracy has been employed with Hayward Baker since March 2002 and has had the responsibility handling a varied case load for the last few years. She has dealt with those injured in road traffic accidents whether as a result of being a driver, passenger or a pedestrian. She has been involved with public and occupiers liability cases such as claims against shops, supermarkets as well as claims against Council's following trips and slips on uneven pavements or road surfaces. She also deals with a variety of accidents at work such as those caused by lifting heavy objects without adequate equipment or training, being provided with defective equipment, a lack of personal protective equipment, objects left in a dangerous or careless position

Tracy has dealt with a wide variety of injuries from soft tissue injuries including whiplash to those with more complex injuries. She works closely with clients to assure that they receive the best possible outcome.

Tracy moved down from Scotland 12 years ago and enjoys spending time with her 2 children, swimming, going to the gym and is an active member in a Parent Teacher Association for her children's school.
