Susan Burden - Senior Legal Executive

Susan is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives having qualified in 1994 and having more than 15 years experience of dealing exclusively with personal injury claims.   Susan is also a Senior Litigator member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. 

Susan's experience of injury claims includes both contested matters and claims where quantum issues are complex.  She has significant experience of road traffic accidents, employer's liability matters, occupier's liability and highway accidents. 

Before joining Hayward Baker in 2006, Susan had gained considerable experience in her two previous posts with one national Solicitors' company and one local company.

Susan has a young family and enjoys swimming, walking and spending time with her family.
