Ria Tallack (Senior Personal Injury Claims Assistant)
Alison is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, having qualified in June 2000. She is also a Practitioner Member of the Association of Personal Injury Law. Alison has in excess of 12 years experience of running personal injury claims.
Originally from Winchester, Alison has previously worked at several local law firms where she obtained experience of running high volume and high value personal injury claims, before joining Hayward Baker in 2004.
Alison currently runs a varied personal injury case load with cases ranging from mid to high value. They include compensation claims following road traffic accidents, slips and trips, accidents whilst abroad or on holiday, and accidents at work.
She represents clients with a variety of injuries ranging from simple whiplash injuries and fractures to multiple injuries, complex regional pain syndrome, psychiatric injuries and limb loss.
Alison has a particular interest in employers liability claims and also acts in fatal accident cases on behalf of the relatives of clients who have lost a family member or a loved one in an accident.
In her spare time Alison enjoys skiing, dog walking and cycling. She also enjoys going to the theatre, live music and foreign travel.
