Charity Quiz in Aid Of the Princess Anne Hospital Neonatal Unit
A team from Hayward Baker Solicitors went one better this year to win the Charity Quiz organised by College Chambers, Southampton, and held at the P.O.S.H. Restaurant, Queensway, Southampton on Saturday 15th October 2011.
Having been runners-up in 2010, a team comprising Wayne Weir, Heloise Fella, Gary Lee, Lisa Donnelly, Dennis Donnelly and Trevor Baker came out top of the 27 teams taking part from Law firms, Barristers Chambers and associated businesses across the region.
Trevor Baker, Partner, said “it was great fun and raised a good sum of money for the Princess Anne Neonatal Unit. Many thanks are due to College Chambers and the P.O.S.H. Restaurant for organising the event and providing delicious food”.
It was only the second time Hayward Baker had entered the Quiz. However, Trevor said “I think we signalled our intent last year and it was good to go one better this time. It will be tough to defend the title next year but we will welcome the challenge!”
